Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Policy To honor the time and energy we’re both investing in this coaching partnership, all sessions must be paid in advance to confirm your spot. For individual sessions, payment is due at least 48 hours before our scheduled time. For coaching packages, the first installment or full package fee must be received prior to our first session. This policy helps us both show up fully—grounded, prepared, and committed. If you're ever in need of a payment plan, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to explore options that support your growth while maintaining integrity in the coaching process. 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy A. Commitment to the Process Coaching is a co-creative process. By purchasing a package or service, you’re committing to your growth and transformation. I commit to showing up fully for you and ask for the same in return. B. Refunds Refunds are not offered once sessions have begun, as your investment reflects both time and energetic commitment. If unforeseen circumstances arise before the first session, a partial refund may be considered at my discretion, minus any administrative fees. C. Session Rescheduling You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show will result in the session being counted. D. Session Expiry All purchased sessions must be used within the timeframe of the purchase date as agreed upon in the contract unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. E. Coach-InitiatedCancellation If I am ever unable to continue the coaching relationship due to unforeseen circumstances, a prorated refund for unused sessions will be offered.
